SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping times may vary, but we assure you that we work hard to get
your order to you as quickly as possible.
To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com within 12 hours from the placement of your order.
Please note that no change or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if submitted within 12 hours.
CoinWear uses third party logistics companies.
Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping costs are charged to the customer and are non-refundable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any issues with a product you can contact us and we will make things right. Should there be any defect with the product please get in touch with us via emai; firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
We do not offer returns and refunds if you change your mind about a product. However, if a product is defective / broken, we will repair, replace it or refund your money. We will only accept refunds and exchanges within 15 days from date of purchase.
Please make sure you select the right size when choosing an item - we may let you exchange to a different size item of same value within 15 days of purchase, however any shipping fees are the purchasers responsibility. All returns and refunds will require a receipt / proof of purchase from CoinWear.
Custom items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We require 2 weeks to process any refunds or exchanges.
The CoinWear team monitors returns to identify potential misconduct or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
